City of Vancouver Rehab Loan Program

Does your home have foundation issues?

Do you have plumbing or electrical problems that need to be taken care of?

Community Housing Resource Center might be able to help.

Through a partnership with the City of Vancouver, Community Housing Resource Center’s Rehab Loan Program pairs qualified homeowners with financial assistance for basic home repairs. City of Vancouver residents can receive up to $25,000 towards maintenance costs on their primary residence. The money does not need to be repaid until the home is refinanced, the title is transferred or you move out of the home and is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
